Reservation terms and conditions

By making reservations with Rainya Tugun Eco Resort, every guest is supposed to have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions:

  • Valid photo ID (such as Passport, Original Driving License or National ID Card, etc.) is required at arrival/check-in time.
  • 30% amount of approximate subsequent bill per Party must be Deposited upon reservation. 5% Tk upon total Booking Money to be charged and dully deducted in case of Booking Cancellation. Rest money to be refund to parties in such way that has earlier been paid
  • All above rates are in BDT and inclusive of 10% Service charge & 15% VAT will be added.
  • Check-in time is @ 01:00 PM & Check-out time is @ 12:00 PM.
  • Extra Guest & mattress will be charged BDT 1,000/- Including Dinner & Breakfast.
  • The driver accommodation charge is BDT 1,000/- per person with a complimentary dinner & breakfast.
  • Guests are requested to fill in all the information in the Registration Card at the time of CHECK-IN.
  • Parking charge to be applied for vehicles considering category
  • For any booking Cancellation, Notice must be given at-least 12 hours prior to Arrival/Check-in date. During specific periods such as consecutive Government holidays, Eid-Ul-Fitr, Eid-Ul-Azha, Christmas, Buddha Purnima, Bengali New Year, Durga Puja, New Year’s Eve etc., cancellation notice must be given at-least 24 hours prior to Arrival/Check-in date.
  • Offer Valid: Until Further Notice is issued.
